All 5 dealerships pool their used car inventory in a central database that is searchable by website visitors. Visitors can also send in enquiries about specific cars. Each enquiry is filtered though a list of staff and routed to the salesperson handling the vehicle.

The site is fully managed by the staff of each dealership. The task of keeping inventory up to date is made easier with bulk listing uploads. This saves time on data entry and keeps the listings on the site fresh.
